We collect information about you during the checkout process on our store.

Media

If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

Who we share your data with

We share information with third parties who help us provide our orders and store services to you; for example —

• To complete an order your postal address will be shared in order to print the postage label.
• Your payment details are handled using WooCommerce Payments.

Payments

We accept payments through WooCommerce Payments. When processing payments, some of your data will be passed to WooCommerce Payments, including information required to process or support the payment, such as the purchase total and billing information.

This information will be passed on to your payment method of choice, for example, Google Pay or Apple Pay.

How long we retain your data

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognise and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
